Theatre Policies
A respectful and safe movie experience.
These public guidelines summarize the theatre’s current expectations. Ticketing providers and third-party services may have additional terms.
Please turn off or silence phones and other electronic devices before the feature begins. Bright screens and sounds can distract other guests. Patrons who continue to disrupt the show may be asked to leave without a refund.
Parents and guardians should take crying or disruptive children to the lobby. Guests whose behavior interferes with the audience experience may receive a warning or be asked to leave without a refund.
The theatre is a smoke-free and tobacco-free facility, including electronic cigarettes. Unlawful controlled substances and alcohol are not permitted on the property.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted. The concession stand offers snacks and beverages for purchase.
Recording or photographing any part of a film is prohibited. Guests who attempt to record a movie may be removed and the proper authorities may be notified.
Guests under age 17 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian age 21 or older to purchase a ticket for an R-rated film. Guests under age 25 may be asked to show identification.
Tickets are valid only for the movie and showtime selected. Please confirm the title and time before completing an online purchase. Refunds are generally not provided for missed showtimes. If the theatre cancels a show, eligible tickets will be refunded according to the purchase method and current ticketing terms.
The Majestic may cancel or pause a show because of severe weather, a power outage, mechanical failure, or another safety issue. When a show cannot continue, eligible ticket refunds will be handled according to the current refund procedure.
All seating is general admission. Online ticket purchases reserve admission but do not guarantee that a group will find seats together. Arrive early for the best seating choice.
