Thank you for your interest in the Majestic Theatre Volunteer Program. By volunteering at the Majestic, you can make a difference in your community and help to keep movie prices reasonable. From hanging posters, to popping popcorn, to taking tickets and cleaning up, there are volunteer opportunities for everyone. We encourage families, members of organizations and local businesses to volunteer as teams. We also have plenty of opportunities for individual participation.
Although every movie and every group are different, we usually need 4-6 volunteers per night for a movie. Volunteers should arrive one hour before the movie is scheduled to begin and plan to stay until 30 minutes after the last show of the night has ended.

“Night of the Show” Volunteer Duties include the following:
If you are unable to volunteer for the “Night of the Show” the Majestic can also use help in the following areas:
- Greeting patrons
- Making popcorn
- Selling concessions
- Selling tickets
- Taking tickets at the door
- Answering phones
- Restocking concessions and restroom supplies
- Cleaning up/sanitize after the show
If you are unable to volunteer for the “Night of the Show” the Majestic can also use help in the following areas:
- Advertising and marketing
- Office assistance
- Special events
- Fundraising
- Audio/Visual and technical assistance
- General maintenance of the Majestic
